For the time being, at least.
So, as a general rule, anytime data in a database is manipulated, it should be automated. Or, at least, automatable. I understand that when data is entered there is no way to automate the process, but I'm sitting here changing one field from 'Mail' to 'Do not Mail' for over 1000 database entries, one at a time. Mail Order Manager seems to have no feature that will let me apply this change to more than one record at a time. Lunacy. it's not just that it is very, very boring work; it's that the chance of making a transcription error is enormous.
not that I'm really complaining, though. I was singing in the elevator, because I have an income now. Woot! --
